Today’s Student Spotlight focuses on Yanina Inkina, a senior Mass Communication major from Minsk, Belarus. She is a member of the UA Little Rock women’s basketball team, which won its conference title both years she has played. Yanina came to UA Little Rock after studying and playing basketball for two years at South Plains College in Texas.
What has been your favorite memory at UA Little Rock so far?
“Becoming back-to-back Sun Belt Conference Champions and participating in the NCAA Tournament.
What subjects are you most passionate about?
“Video Production. Opinion Writing.”
What do you hope to do after graduation?
“I will play basketball professionally overseas.”
